The practise of Shamanic journeying is an ancient meditative practise meant to connect us with the energies around us and our subconscious minds. Over the course of 6 sessions, I provide clear guidance on the theory & practice of Shamanic journeying, aiming to empower the client with the skills needed to seek their own guidance, gain profound insight, solve problems and find healing.
